The Chef and I" was hired to cater my company Christmas party and in short, it was an unexpected overload of fantasteeque! Honestly, I didn't know what to expect until they started unveiling the goods. I'd gone to their website earlier that day (which is relatively outdated looking) and braced myself for mediocrity... but when the sun went down and the vittles came out, it was a totally different story! Everyone was thrilled at the spread they cooked up on site. Very creative bites with excellent presentation! The staff was also quite charismatic and a welcome addition to our party. The highlight though was their Chocolate Covered Strawberry Injection Bar. I was so rocked by the experience that I crowned the concept king in my Holiday Booze Cruise
